The first twelve homebuyers will be made part of our Founders Club, and will enjoy lifetime benefits. Once the Founder’s phase is over, membership in the Founder’s Club cannot be purchased or exchanged, so this elite club will always have a small membership. Fractional Ownership

If whole ownership doesn’t suit your needs, we will soon be offering fractional ownership for Villa Estates. Fractional ownership differs from a time share in that each buyer owns a much greater part of the home. Our fractional offerings are still in the planning stages but are expected to be for 1/8 or 1/7 ownership, making fractional ownership an attractive and affordable option.
