• Master Plan

Our award-winning Master Plan fulfills our goal to tread lightly upon the island while still providing owners of our premiere Panama real estate with a sumptuous lifestyle never before found in the tropical jungle.

    Master Plan

The focus of the Master Plan is sustainability. Development is concentrated on the coasts and in the few areas of our gorgeous island property that had previously been cleared for farming. The built area of our resort comprises only 5% of the island, and approximately 60%, over 240 acres, remain a nature preserve — enough to be explored for weeks and still remain full of mysterious surprises.

The entire 10-year development process has been broken into careful phasing. Upon completion of all phases, the Master Plan calls for approximately 200 homes on our more than 400 acres -- only 1 home for every 2 acres, preserving not only the land, but the peaceful seclusion sought by discerning travelers.

If you would like a larger copy of the master plan, or are interested in speaking with us about the Master Plan, please contact us.
