The Estate Rooms at Isla Palenque are designed in the style of an expansive seaside villa with outdoor walkways in lieu of hallways. These highly-serviced rooms sit above sandy Playa Primera, just steps from the infinity pool and Edén restaurant. The rooms and suites are nestled between old-growth trees, blurring the line between their sophisticated interiors and the natural surround. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame an eastward ocean view for a stunning glimpse of the sunrise each morning. You can choose to close the living room off for air-conditioning, or let the walls slide away to embrace the song of the jungle and allow ocean breezes to flow through your spacious room.

Warm hardwoods, bamboo floors and crisp white linens bring an effortless elegance to the interior, and cantilevered ceilings allow natural light, filtered by the forest canopy, to stream in. Furniture and artwork crafted by Panamanian artisans and from on-site woods bring local character to these stunning spaces. Our Panama resort has six Estate Rooms, and each one is unique. We’ve split the rooms into three categories:

The Garden Room

The perfect island hideaway – we’ve packed a whole lot of island luxury into this small room (240sqft) for those who love their creature comforts but prefer to be out and about. This room includes a plush queen-sized bed, small seating area and an outdoor shower suspended among the jungle trees.

Jungle Rooms

Floor-to-ceiling jungle views and a glimpse of the ocean invite you to enjoy the best of both worlds in these 300sqft rooms with adjoining balconies. A queen-sized bed and cozy sitting area provide the perfect respite after a day of island adventure.

Ocean Suites

For those who wish to truly indulge, our expansive, 500sqft suites include a 150sqft balcony with sweeping views of the Pacific and surrounding forest. An indoor/outdoor lounge, king-sized bed, driftwood desk, comfortable dining area, “his and hers” sinks, rain-head shower, and giant soaking tub ensure that you’ll never want to check out.
